Our Return Policy

At Fur Amore, your satisfaction — and your pet's — is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at care@furamore.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. UPI and card payments typically reflect within 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
