Are FurAmore shampoos safe for puppies and kittens?+

Yes. All FurAmore shampoos are pH-balanced and free from parabens, harsh sulfates, and artificial dyes. We recommend our Gentle Care range for very young pets — and always consult your vet before bathing animals under 8 weeks old.

What does pH-balanced mean, and why does it matter for pets?+

A pet’s skin has a more alkaline pH than human skin. Human shampoos disrupt this balance, causing dryness, irritation, and long-term coat damage. FurAmore formulas are calibrated specifically for pet skin pH, keeping their coat healthy and their skin barrier intact.

Which shampoo is best for ticks and fleas?+

Our Neem & Lemon Anti-Tick Shampoo uses natural neem extract for tick and flea prevention. Ideal for regular use during India’s monsoon season and peak tick period from March to October.

Can I use dog shampoo on my cat?+

No. Cats have significantly different skin pH from dogs. Use our dedicated Aqua Fresh Gentle Cat Shampoo, formulated specifically for feline skin. Never use dog shampoos on cats.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does delivery take?+

Metro cities: 2–4 business days. Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days. Remote areas: 7–10 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Is shipping free?+

Yes — free shipping on all orders above ₹599. A flat ₹60 charge applies to orders below ₹599.

Is Cash on Delivery available?+

Yes, COD is available across most pin codes in India. You can confirm availability at checkout before completing your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?+

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, they may already be packed. Email business@furamore.com immediately with your order number.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?+

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Email business@furamore.com with your order number and reason for return.

What if I received a damaged or wrong product?+

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?+

Yes. Our 5L shampoos and 1L conditioners are designed for professional bulk use. Email business@furamore.com to discuss wholesale pricing for your salon, clinic, or academy.

Do you work with vet clinics and grooming academies?+

Yes. We supply grooming academies and vet clinics across India and can provide product safety data sheets and training support materials. Contact us to discuss a partnership.
